Total Experience : 9+ Years Must have 5-8 years of relevant delivery or project management experience in banking or financial services. Demonstrated leadership capability managing large, complex, multi-functional build teams. Must have direct experience in core banking and deposits modernization programs, with at least the last 2-3 engagements in this area, regional (APAC) delivery experience favorable Must have Hands-on experience with Deposits Management Systems like Finacle. Should have ability to operate independently with limited supervision in a transformation setting Should have strong documentation skills and attention to detail; able to maintain accurate logs and artifacts. Should be able to do stakeholder management and follow-through across bank and vendor teams. Should have problem-solving mindset with ability to surface options and impacts.
