Summary

The Associate, Order Fulfillment is responsible for timely and accurate processing of customer orders to support sales and the customer experience. This role handles picking, packaging, shipping, returns, and system updates while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy. The position requires strong attention to detail and proficiency with store systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce order pick lists multiple times per day and organize picking routes by volume and priority
• Execute hold orders within 24 hours and input shipping confirmations into systems promptly
• Package and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring labels and destinations are correct
• Inspect merchandise for quality, newness, damages and check footwear for mismates prior to shipping
• Pick, ship, and confirm orders in a timely manner and follow up on order notifications
