Role Overview

The Associate, Marketing AI Enablement supports the rollout and day to day adoption of AI tools and capabilities across Optum Insight Marketing. This role focuses on learning the business, supporting enablement and coordination activities, and helping teams access clear guidance and resources as new AI capabilities are introduced.

The role works under close guidance from more senior team members and contributes by executing defined tasks, maintaining enablement resources, and supporting cross functional coordination efforts. This position is well suited for someone early in their career who is interested in marketing operations, technology, and how change happens inside large organizations.
