Associate Manager - Corporate Development

Our client is one of the UAE's largest and most strategically important industrial companies. With a strong domestic footprint and international operations, the organisation plays a central role in the UAE's industrial diversification agenda.

In this role, you will contribute directly to the definition and execution of the corporate strategy. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading high‑value strategic and business development workstreams with strong ownership and minimal oversight.
• Conducting detailed market, sector and competitor analysis and distilling insights into clear strategic recommendations.
• Building advanced financial models, valuations and Board‑level investment materials.
• Supporting M&A transactions, including due diligence, valuation, market assessments and external stakeholder engagement.
