Responsibilities

• Manage IT operations, servers, and web hosting services.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Ensure network security, data protection, and endpoint security compliance.
• Configure, install, and maintain network devices (e.g., Cisco, Sophos).
• Support deployment and maintenance of applications (.NET, Docker, IIS, SQL Server).
• Administer Active Directory, user accounts, and domain environment.
• Maintain IT documentation, policies, and SLAs.
