About the Role
The Associate General Counsel will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to the applicable business unit(s) or world area(s) with a broad knowledge and understanding of laws and regulations in assigned legal areas; may be responsible for the management and supervision of other Lawyer and Non-Lawyer Professionals of the Emerson Law Department. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Senior Associate General Counsel, Americas. This position can be based at any Emerson US corporate offices. This position offers a / Hybrid schedule ( days in the office/ day working from home).
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Provides senior level advice to the relevant business unit(s) on a broad spectrum of legal issues while exercising independent judgment, including:
Acting as liaison between business management and other practice groups within the Emerson Legal Function as well as outside counsel
