Associate EUC Engineer: VIP Support & System Enablement

Synapxe is seeking an Associate End User Computing (EUC) Engineer based in Queenstown, New Zealand. This entry-level position focuses on providing technical support to end users, along with hardware and software troubleshooting. Responsibilities include responding to service tickets, performing system maintenance, and assisting with new system implementations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and 6-8 years of experience, preferably including support for VIP users. ITIL certification is required, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
