Job Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain and qualify equipment, tools/fixtures for production used. Perform periodic verification and calibration on equipment/ tools/ fixtures.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste in the production process, and improve yield.
- Seeking a detail-oriented candidate with proven experience in epoxy bonding processes to manage and execute high-precision assembly tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Experience with optical alignment machines is a significant advantage for this position, as it will enhance the candidate's ability to achieve precise and accurate equipment setups.
- Observational skills to notice discrepancies, understand the manufacturing process in detail, troubleshoot at an appropriate level and involve senior members of staff.
- Communication skill to communicate and interface well with peers, enhance teamwork.
- Emotional intelligence.
