Overview

Contributes to the success of Wealth Management (WM) Asia Operations as part of WM Global Operations. The incumbent leads a senior team delivering operational service excellence and has overall responsibility for managing day-to-day operations in support of WM Europe, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to all procedures and controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead a senior team to deliver operational service excellence within WM Global Operations.
• Manage day-to-day operations in support of WM Europe with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with procedures and controls.
• Coordinate incoming work, manage problem escalation and resolution matters.
• Collaborate with the WME Operations team to ensure efficient and effective daily delivery for all incoming work.
• Work with the WMA Private Banking (PB) Operations team to manage cross-training, capacity, and upskilling as identified.
