- Oversee day-to-day operations pertaining to Microsoft Volume License and multi-vendor business activities.
- Collaborate with Account Managers (AM) and Business Development Representatives (BDR) to obtain complete order information and all necessary documentation prior to processing orders.
- Process purchase orders and maintain accurate trackers to monitor order status.
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end delivery in partnership with the Account and Delivery teams.
- Assist Account Managers in sales by providing updates on account order status, including notifications of upcoming renewals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for account managers and customers, managing daily delivery operations and ensuring a positive customer experience.
