About The Role

We are looking for a Content Executive motivated and knowledgeable individual, who has experience with producing content to join the Professional Services team. The role in a nutshell:

What you'll be doing:

Create learning material for our SharePoint Site – User Guides, Release Notes, PPTs

Work with Product Teams to understand requirements for new releases and create appropriate learning material

Assist the CMS and CRM consultants in creating and editing learning material 

What we need from you:

Able to understand technical release notes and make them more user-friendly
