Associate Clinical Nurse Manager

We are seeking

an Associate Clinical Nurse Manager (ACNM) to join our Integrated Family Health Service (IFHS) team in the Northern Region (Westport & Reefton).

This role works in close partnership with the Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) to ensure the smooth coordination of services across primary care settings, supporting excellence in rural health outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in empowering staff, promoting high-quality care, and ensuring alignment with Te Whatu Ora – Te Tai o Poutini West Coast’s vision and values. 

As ACNM, you will:

Support the CNM in the day-to-day coordination and delivery of integrated health services.

Use critical thinking to lead by example, promoting safe, effective, patient-focused care.

Maintain high standards of health and safety, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
