  • Ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures as well as SBP/prudential regulations for smooth conduct of Bank Operations efficiently and consistently.
  • Operate inbound and outbound call activities with efficient and qualitative verbal communication.
  • Resolve customers’ queries and lodge complaints, handle on-spot customer queries, log complaints and forward to respective department for resolution.
