Assistant workshop Manager

To manage and control all workshop activities related to fabrication, assembly, maintenance, and repair, ensuring that operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and company procedures.

The role is critical in ensuring equipment readiness, production efficiency, and timely project support covering ULO Equipment Globally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Management

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily workshop operations
• Ensure project targets and project deadlines are achieved
• Optimize utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials
• Monitor productivity and implement continuous improvement measures

2. Equipment Maintenance & Asset Management
