Assistant Vice President - IT Operations

Job purpose

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Vice President – IT Operations to lead and manage our global IT operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization‘s IT infrastructure. This includes data centres, networks, servers, storage, cloud platforms, and end-user computing.

Candidate needs to have strong expertise in IT infrastructure management (both cloud and on-premise), IT security, and operations for IT/ITES & BPO specific industries.

This role will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, security compliance, and the scalability of our technological environment, while leading a high-performing team of professionals.
