About the Role
Join Maple Reinders as an Assistant Superintendent for the KSM Press Pit Project in Shelburne, Ontario. Assist in coordinating construction operations and managing site staff effectively.
This role supports the Superintendent with project site management, ensuring tasks run smoothly across all phases. You will coordinate subcontractors, maintain clear communication regarding contracts, and help execute work plans to stay on track and under budget.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and direct subcontractor work on-site
• Communicate contracts and project scopes to trade teams
• Develop and implement work plans for project timelines
• Oversee construction teams varying in project size
Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year experience in ICI or civil construction
• Post-secondary education or CET equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office and Windows applications
• Willingness to travel to job sites across Ontario
