About the Role
Job Purpose:
To lead and manage motor pool activities, ensuring all lifting, rigging, and equipment maintenance activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with site safety protocols and maintenance requirements.
Education & Experience :
Intermediate / Graduate with 5-10 years of relevant industry experience

Act as the focal point for all routine/non-routine motorpool jobs
Oversee lifting operations and ensure safety of the team and equipment
Ensure strict compliance with rigging plans, site SOPs, and safety protocols.
