While the base salary starts at $87,000 this position is also eligible for our Restaurant Monthly Incentive Program. The base salary plus potential monthly incentives could result in Total Target Cash ranging from [$87,000 to $115,000].

2. The Total Target Cash amount shown above is inclusive of the estimated incentive amounts earned under our Restaurant Monthly Incentive Program, should your home Restaurant meet our profitability expectations, and you meet all eligibility criteria.
