Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM)
The Assistant Relationship Manager supports one or more Relationship Managers/Group Heads in daily operations, administration, and client management. The ARM interacts with internal and external stakeholders, provides clients with relevant information, and supports the RM in implementing customized solutions. The ARM serves as a role model, delivering excellent service quality and helping the team manage, develop and grow its client base. Client feedback is channeled to the appropriate individuals and departments to foster continuous improvement and process adaptation.
Client Administration and Management- Supports RMs/ GH in client interaction and related tasks (systems, processes, files, documents) with high-quality, precision and timely responsiveness.
