The Role

Support the commercial management of responsive repairs and maintenance contracts, measuring, pricing, and valuing works using the NHF Schedule of Rates, ensuring client contract compliance and strong commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• NHF SOR Application: Accurately measure completed repairs and maintenance works and apply the correct NHF SOR codes to maximise revenue and ensure compliance.
• Valuations & Variations: Support interim and final monthly valuations for client approval; process variations and additional works in line with contract requirements.
• Subcontractor Management: Assist with managing subcontractors; review payment applications against site progress and NHF SOR rates.
