About the Role
Job Description
- Review and finalize main contract documents.
- Invite, tabulate, and negotiate quotations, and prepare sub-contract agreements.
- Prepare and monitor monthly progress claims to clients or main contractors and recommend interim payments for subcontractors.
- Manage claims, variation orders, budgets, cost estimation, and cost monitoring.
- Conduct site assessments and measure work progress.
- Finalize accounts promptly upon project completion.
- Oversee contract administration, correspondences, and documentation tasks.
- Handle any additional duties and responsibilities as required or on an ad-hoc basis.
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in construction.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
