About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on and dependable Assistant QC Manager to support the day-to-day implementation of our quality standards across film and membrane production lines. This role is a stepping stone toward full QC leadership and is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with strong judgment and people skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing QC inspection teams and shift schedules
- Conduct regular audits and in-process checks
- Monitor inspection records and ensure completeness of documentation
- Work closely with production to catch quality issues early
- Coordinate training for inspectors on QC procedures
- Support the QC Manager in client audits, internal reviews, and CAPA actions
- Escalate critical deviations or failures immediately
