Assistant Project Manager

Overview

Thermal Systems is a building envelope, daylighting, roofing, and insulation sub-contractor operating across Western Canada. We are searching for Assistant Project Managers to join our teams and contribute to the innovative and complex projects we help build.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a project team to ensure the vision of our projects is maintained.
• Support the project manager by scheduling people, materials, and equipment to ensure projects are done efficiently, on time, and within budget.
• Communicate effectively with clients, field staff, and other departments regarding all project needs.
• Provide efficient problem solving for changes and issues that arise during project execution with support from the project manager.
• Promote and encourage HSE culture and construction best practices.
• Act as a connection between the office and field staff with regular check-ins at the jobsite.
