We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Procurement Supervisor to manage procurement activities, supplier coordination, and inventory control. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing, timely delivery, and proper record keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
Process procurement requests and source required items as per organizational needs.
Obtain quotations from suppliers, compare prices, and prepare Purchase Orders (POs).
Ensure timely delivery of ordered goods and maintain accurate procurement records.
Verify and process supplier payments in a timely manner.
Monitor procurement expenses and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
