  1. Specialist – Managing: DCS systems /Visa & Documentation/Code share
  2. International airport operations experience - customer service (Terminal)
  3. Design and deliver Training (18 days a month with extensive travel travel)
  4. Understands world tracer and baggage management (Arrivals - International) 
  5. Stretched goals/ excellent written and oral communication/ team player 
  6. Stakeholder management and people skills
  7. Managed regulatory audits and training compliance - IOSA/DGCA 
  8. Proficient in MS office
  9. Monitor and review progress of regular tasks
  10. Managing and ensuring the training compliance on LMS(learning management system)
  11. Liaise with ICoaches for driving the learning engagements across airports
