- Provide accurate information and resolve queries regarding flights, hotels, and other travel services.
- Utilize Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre tools to process reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies, travel regulations, and company standards.
- Document customer interactions and update CRM systems with relevant details.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and complex travel issues.
- Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
