Utilize Amadeus , Galileo , and Sabre tools to process reservations, cancellations, and modifications. Ensure compliance with airline policies, travel regulations, and company standards. Document customer interactions and update CRM systems with relevant details. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and complex travel issues. Meet performance targets including call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction scores. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
