About the Role

Job role: The recruitment Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition lead and delivering the firm’s recruitment strategy, consistent with the firm’s vision, culture, and strategy


Requirements:

  • Must have experience recruiting within auditing, big 4, recruitment firms (recruiting for same) or management consulting firms in South Africa, Europe or UK market.
  • 3-8+ years of experience
  • Extensive sourcing experience through LinkedIn & job board
  • Understanding of HRMS systems and the use of technology in HR (ATS, social media, otherattraction, and selection tools etc)
  • Good spoken & written English is required
