Key Responsibilities Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements. Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring teams. Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement throughout the hiring process. Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring reports.
