About the Role

Deputy Manager - Talent Acquisition Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding. Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Units to understand manpower requirements and role specifications. Source candidates through job portals (Naukri), internal databases, and referrals . Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate fit and alignment. Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate follow-ups. Ensure timely closure of positions within defined TATs while maintaining quality hiring standards. Handle multiple open positions simultaneously , including field and corporate roles. Support recruitment for critical and leadership-level positions as required.
