Manager / Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition Analytics & Workforce ReportingRole PurposeBuild and institutionalize a strong analytics and workforce reporting backbone for Talent Acquisition. The role enables data‑led leadership decisions by translating hiring and workforce data into actionable insights across capacity planning, hiring effectiveness, cost optimization, and vendor governance. The incumbent will work closely with the TA Head, TA leadership, and recruiting teams across India to ensure consistent, accurate, and insight‑driven reporting.Core ResponsibilitiesHiring & Workforce Analytics:Build/automate dashboards for WIP, ageing, offers–joiners, dropouts, requisitions, sourcing mix, TAT, and headcount tracking (incl. variance vs plan).Leadership Reporting:Own TA MIS, scorecards, and executive decks;
