Execute daily allocation, replenishment, and stock transfer activities in the system based on sell-through performance and inventory status
Maintain and update key system parameters (e.g., min/max stock levels, safety stock, allocation rules) to support auto-replenishment logic
Monitor auto-replenishment results and perform manual adjustments when needed
Support initial allocation for new product launches and ongoing rolling allocation to ensure proper stock flow to stores Track monthly retail KPIs (sell-through %, inventory turnover, weeks of cover, sell-in vs sell-out gap)
Take timely actions on replenishment, transfer, and stock rebalancing to improve inventory efficiency
