CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Procurement planning of Raw Materials and packaging materials based on rolling demand forecast.
Negotiations with suppliers and ensure ordering as per the best market terms.
Preparing and placing purchase orders on approved suppliers as per agreed terms and conditions.
Ensuring timely delivery of Raw materials and Packaging materials as per the procurement plan.
Monitoring supplier quality and delivery performance for continuous improvement.
Monitoring and controlling Slow and Non-moving accumulation of Raw Materials by taking timely actions.
Managing Raw Material inventory at optimum level and showing continuous improvement.
Identifying opportunities to reduce various costs components for reduction of total cost of key Raw Materials.
