About the Role
Key Purpose of the Role : Inside Sales is responsible for: 1) Lead Qualification New lead generation and lead handling, establishing contact, understanding requirements from the customer. Lead filtering and Lead Qualification. Leveraging CRM for all these activities 2) Platform Demo / Intro The role essentially is aimed at making the platform a go to system for all the subscribers for their biomass and biofuel trades. Giving value based demos to the customer based on the need analysis.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Market Development function for target databases.
- Collaborate with Marketing on awareness campaigns.
- Generate leads (interest) through tele-calling, mail and Whatsapp messages and filter leads which are to be taken forward.
- Schedule and conduct online/ offline events for technology demonstration. Give a platform demo and value pitch to customers.
