What You’ll Do
HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, payroll inputs & HRMS updates
- Maintain employee records, MIS, and HR dashboards
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted HR partner for employee queries and concerns
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs
- Handle grievance resolution and foster a positive work environment
Recruitment & Talent Support
- Support end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth hiring experience
- Build talent pipelines and enhance candidate experience
