About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic, data-driven HR Business Partner to join our People Team. You will be the architect of our Employee Experience and the driver behind our Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) framework. If you are passionate about building high-performance cultures and translating people data into actionable growth strategies, this role is for you.
Responsibilities Employee Engagement & Culture- Engagement Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive engagement calendar (Quarterly & Annual) that aligns with company values.
- Sentiment Analysis: Lead engagement surveys and real-time pulse checks; analyze results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Lifecycle Management: Own all employee touchpoints, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding and stay-interviews to exit management.
