About the Role

We are looking for candidates from the QSR sector with prior experience in store hiring (Store Staff and Store Partners) along with hands-on experience in payroll.


Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for Store Staff and Store Managers across retail stores — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollout
  • Coordinate pre-boarding and onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience for new hires


Induction & Compliance

  • Plan and conduct structured employee induction programs for new joiners
  • Oversee uniform and ID badge distribution as part of the onboarding process
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and handle employee grievances promptly


Documentation & Audit

  • Draft and issue HR letters including show-cause notices, warning letters, and transfer letter...
