The Assistant Manager (Boarding) oversees the full operational and administrative functions of Raffles Institution Boarding (RIB). The role carries direct supervisory responsibility over the boarding operations team and the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) team, and holds budgetary oversight and accountability for RIB as an independently managed cost‑centre. The Assistant Manager (Boarding) serves as the primary operational lead within RIB and reports directly to the HOD Boarding.
Administrative & Systems Responsibilities- Oversee boarding admissions, documentation, records, and compliance processes
- Maintain and update the Boarder Management System, operational databases, and communication channels
- Support audits, compliance checks, and termly reporting cycles
