We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Assistant Manager in the Asset Services (AS) team. The team is responsible for end-to-end processing of all Corporate Action (CA) events across multiple markets.

The Opportunity

• Acquire a broad understanding of all Corporate Action processes and market specifications for various assigned markets.
• Allocate work daily to Processing Executives and manage intra‑day capacity planning based on projections.
• Perform quality control tasks, handle complex cases, escalations, and process‑related queries.
• Ensure compliance with audit requirements by performing audit checks in line with business processes.
• Establish control methods and checkpoints to prevent operational losses and potential fraudulent situations.
• Lead by example to drive service excellence and align with HSBC values.
