Responsibilities
Assist in annual budgeting and quarterly management reports for commercial premises Collaborate with the property manager to uphold operational excellence across commercial premises Collaborate with marketing agents for the effective leasing of the commercial premises Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and statutory requirements Support lease management activities, including drafting, reviewing and issuing lease documentation Ensure proper documentation, archival, and implementation of processes for the smooth operation of lease management activities Maintain accurate and organized lease records, ensuring proper documentation and archival to facilitate smooth operations Update and manage tenancy information in SAP and other relevant databases to support reporting, payment processing, and arrears tracking Facilitate in property tax matters including liaising with property tax agent for the assessment of annual values, raising objections, pr...
