About the Role
- Ensure admin operations, adhere to policies and regulations
- Monitor cost and expenses to assist in budget preparation for different administrative projects
- Manage required repair & maintenance of machinery, equipment & office furniture
- Supervise vehicle management and oversee driver and administrative personnel
- Monitor and procure needed supplies for offices, kitchen, canteen/mess, day care, medical center landscaping and masjid etc.
- Dealing and coordination with relevant governmental departments
Qualification
Bachelors/Masters in Management or Relevant
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience of management of large scale organization
- Ability to work with staff across multiple departments
- Decision Making Skills
Experience
Minimum 5-7 years’ of relevant work experience
