About the Role

  • Ensure admin operations, adhere to policies and regulations
  • Monitor cost and expenses to assist in budget preparation for different administrative projects
  • Manage required repair & maintenance of machinery, equipment & office furniture
  • Supervise vehicle management and oversee driver and administrative personnel
  • Monitor and procure needed supplies for offices, kitchen, canteen/mess, day care, medical center landscaping and masjid etc.
  • Dealing and coordination with relevant governmental departments

Qualification

Bachelors/Masters in Management or Relevant
