About the Role
Assists the restaurant manager in managing and monitoring the performance of the restaurant’s daily operations and workflow, by delivering superior service, maximizing customer satisfaction, and maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals
Experiences:
1. Advanced knowledge of the Restaurant Business (operational systems knowledge)
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience in managerial position
3. Previous experience in a similar industry
4. Fluency in English, Arabic (French is a plus)
5. Knowledge in Food Safety standards
