Clean entrance and exit of building, laundry room (including wipe down washer/dryer) daily Vacuum/wash floors, elevators, hallways, stairs, windows and common rooms, locker/storage, and garbage rooms as required Monitor chutes/compactor of the disposal of garbage and blocks, if applicable Ensure general up keep of building as it must be well-maintained and presentable Sweep basement lobby as required

Summary:Under the supervision of the Property Manager, the AssistantSuperintendent/Cleaner will maintain the cleanliness, order, maintenance and representation of the designated area.The AssistantSuperintendent will be on site at all times in order to respond to emergencies and/or tenant concerns/issues.They also provide relief coverage for Superintendent when required.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $45-000 per year plus an apartment as a taxable benefit
