Position Summary

BCIT’s School of Energy is seeking a temporary, full‑time (1.0 FTE) Assistant Instructor to join the Department of Electrical Engineering and Technology at the Burnaby campus. The successful candidates will support the delivery of laboratory‑based instruction and applied learning activities within the department. This role focuses on facilitating hands‑on learning, preparing and maintaining laboratory environments, and supporting student success. As part of a team of experienced faculty and technical staff, the successful candidates will bring strong practical skills and a commitment to student learning, contributing to a safe, engaging, and industry‑relevant educational environment.
