A. Strategic HR and Company Culture Development

  1. Reporting Structure : Report directly to the Managing Director (MD) to lead and implement the company's strategic HR initiatives.
  2. Assessment of Current Practices : Analyze the existing HR strategies and policies. Collaborate with the MD to identify areas for enhancement and alignment.
  3. Understanding Company Context : Familiarize yourself with the company’s history, evolution, vision, and goals.
