ASSISTANT / GOLF COURSE SUPERINTENDENT

Job Summary:
Responsible for proposing, managing and supervising all maintenance activities of the golf courses.
Job Responsibilities: Plan and prioritize work, monitor course conditions and worker productivity, implement training and keeping records. Develop alternate plans adaptable to changing conditions. Roster course maintenance staff and supervise work being carried out to achieve the highest course maintenance standards. Inspection of the course condition on a daily basis and preparing weekly miscellaneous works summary for action to be carried out. Supervise the preparation of course for major tournaments. Perform monthly stock-take of fertilizers, insecticides, fungicides and ensuring stock cards are properly maintained. Work closely with maintenance supervisors on the up-keep of course maintenance equipment.
