Role Purpose
The Regional Lead – MEP & Firefighting Design is responsible for leading regional MEP design delivery and acting as the PAN-India Design Lead for Firefighting systems across interior fit-out Design & Build projects.
The role ensures technically sound, code-compliant, cost-optimized, and constructible MEP & Firefighting designs aligned with project timelines, client expectations, statutory requirements, and organizational standards.
This position bridges design, execution, commercial, and authority liaison functions, while mentoring MEP teams and driving standardization and continuous improvement across regions.
