The Assistant Facilities Manager (AFM) Hard Services is responsible for supporting the smooth operation, maintenance, and compliance of building systems within the region's corporate offices and locations. The role focuses on coordinating technical (hard) services, managing contractors and vendors, overseeing planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules, and ensuring that all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to high service standards.
What You’ll Do Hard Services Operations- Coordinate day‑to‑day building maintenance, including M&E, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and building fabric systems within the corporate offices.
- Ensure all systems are functioning effectively to support a premium workplace and guest experience.
