About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle stocktaking, RFID tagging, scanning prep, and quality checks of files.
  • Upload digitised documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Process incoming requests, including electronic filings to courts.
  • Perform data entry, basic admin tasks, and assist with office operations.
  • Sort, organise, and manage physical/electronic files; oversee document handovers.
  • Collaborate with team members and support ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital filing systems.
  • Team player with good communication and a positive attitude.

Duration/Working hours:

6 months contract (Immediate)

42 hours per week
