Assistant Estimator
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 30-minute break
Salary: $1,200 per month
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Estimator to support a U.S.-based estimating team by completing accurate quantity takeoffs and drawing markups from landscape architectural plans. This role is focused on measurements, plan review, and documentation, while final pricing and bid strategy are handled by senior estimators. Accuracy, diligence, and consistency are critical to success in this role.

- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs from U.S. landscape architectural and civil drawings
- Use Bluebeam Revu to measure, count, and annotate plans
